Fifteen years ago, al Spalding and his partners envisioned starting a specialized industrial lubricants manufacturing company that possessed the technical strengths and capabilities of larger competitors, while retaining the responsiveness and flexibility of a smaller "employee owned "organization. This would be a company staffed with professionals who would take pride in their work and products and who would provide the most complete and dependable customer service in the business. This kind of "extra special" service would keep customers coming back for more! Today this vision is a reality. Mr. Spalding, with over forty years of experience in the metalworking lubricants industry, has assembled just such a winning team and organization at Chem Arrow Corporation International. Clearly focused on the challenge of the 1990's and beyond, Mr. Spalding serves as the company's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Extremely active in the company's day to day operations, he also is involved in developing markets overseas. Chem Arrow now occupies a 36,000 square foot "state of the art" manufacturing facility, where research and product development are performed in a modern, well equipped laboratory. Today, Chem Arrow combines technical expertise with an enthusiastic group of people in a dedicated effort to provide exceptional service to Chem Arrow's most important asset...its customers.
